Maritime services

List of documents needed:

•      Declaration for the embassy
•      Employment Agreement - 4 originals (signed and stamped by employer, signed by employee). The forms are available here.
•           All relevant seaman’s diplomas, certificates and passports in original (NB! National Endorsement and Norwegian Endorsement - even if expired) 
•      Copies of all original documents 

•      Health Certificate by an approved seamen's doctor.  List of approved seamen's doctors worldwide   
• For officers and general operators (Deck, Engine, GMDSS), please add an application for Norwegian endorsement (on 5 pages) + 1 passport photo
